Yokozuna Teriyaki® believes
teriyaki is to Japanese food what pizza is to Italian food: a
universally savored creation to be enjoyed and refined by chefs and
restaurants the world over.
In 2007, Yokozuna Teriyaki®
opened its first restaurant featuring our version of fire-grilled
teriyaki favorites. Like many folks in Boise, we realized that it was
time for something different, hearty and delicious – a fast and
healthy choice that wouldn’t break your budget!
Our flame broiled chicken,
tender steak, fresh salmon and mouth-watering pork teriyakis,
marinated and grilled to perfection, have been receiving raves from
loyal customers ever since.
Of course, the secret is in
the sauce, which we make from scratch every day. Another
‘not-so-secret’ is that we make every meal fresh to order in a bright,
clean environment that reflects our commitment to healthy food of a
“grand champion” standard.
