In 2007, Yokozuna Teriyaki® opened its first restaurant featuring our version of fire-grilled teriyaki favorites. Like many folks in Boise & Meridian, we realized that it was time for something different, hearty and delicious - a healthy fast food choice that wouldn't break your budget! Our flame broiled chicken, tender steak, fresh salmon and mouth-watering pork teriyakis, marinated and grilled to perfection, have been receiving raves from loyal customers ever since.
